About this site
Why this exists
Getting started with 3D printing is harder than it needs to be. Most guides assume you already know what a slicer is, or bury beginner advice inside enthusiast forums. This site ships the essentials — eight guides, ten models — and stops there. Workshop tone, no affiliate links, no padded word counts.
How models are curated
Every model is license-verified (CC0, CC-BY, or CC-BY-SA) before it appears here. Difficulty is capped at intermediate. Each model teaches one specific skill. Models requiring proprietary slicers, exotic filaments, or enclosed enclosures are excluded from v0.1.0.
License + attribution
Site code is MIT. Model files retain their original licenses — see each model detail page for the specific terms. Images are either original work or sourced under the Unsplash License. No real-name watermarks appear in any asset on this site.
